Enlightenment scholar Professor David Purdie will be joining Phamie on stage for the first time in this year’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
David is one of Scotland’s most celebrated public speakers. His seriously amusing speeches are in great demand for occasions at home and abroad, while his academic lectures range over Scottish and English literature, classics and philosophy.
Phamie and the Prof met this year when they both performed separately at an Edinburgh Burns Night, audience reaction being that their unique blend of the Music, Words and Images of Scotland and her people was ideal for the Festival.
